New England Boatworks, a full service yacht building and repair company has immediate full-time openings for the following position:
Composite Boatbuilder – NEB is seeking energetic composite boatbuilders who are looking to work in a cutting edge environment on some of the world's high profile projects. Applicants should have knowledge in pre-peg and vacuum bag infusion techniques along with an understanding of hi-tech materials.
Painters – Duties Include: fairing, preparation and application of urethane, enamel finishes and varnish work. Experience preferred but not required.
Marine Electrician – Candidates must be familiar with all aspects of service and new construction with strong organizational skills. Minimum 5 years in the related field with ABYC certification preferred.
Yacht Rigger – Able to perform complete sailboat rigging, repairs, commissioning and yearly inspections.
Yacht Carpentry – NEB is seeking joiners able to build highly detailed yacht interiors and components. Candidates must be familiar with veneering, mill work, knowledge of FRP vacuum bagging, and steam bending.
